How to unite intuition (or "inner wisdom", as some books call it) with rational intelligence is one of the great challenges of this era, in my opinion. A great many books have something to say about it. In The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Chopra wrote "In my willingness to accept uncertainty, solutions will spontaneously emerge out of the problem, out of the confusion, disorder, and chaos." There's fairly general agreement about how to access intuition, and Redfield's description of it is as good as you're likely to find. There's considerable disagreement about what to do with intuitive answers once you find them. If you didn't do a good enough job of getting clear, your intuitive answers are likely to be destructive--so some kind of testing is necessary. Redfield tests by looking for supporting coincidences.
